This is the Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Terms and Conditions" or "Agreement") of Bookspot. These Terms & Conditions are a binding legal agreement between you and Bookspot. ("Bookspot" or "we", "us", "our"), regarding your use of the Bookspot website and services at Bookspot (the website and services are collectively referred to as the "Service").

The stores displayed should be considered a "guide". Bookspot tries to provide accurate results for your searches, however the accuracy can vary from time and time, and Bookspot is not a directory of all retailers, simply retailers/businesses displayed at the discretion of Bookspot.
